About the Role:
As a Project Manager CRM Specialist at Eudonet, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of CRM projects within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs to design and implement effective CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM projects from start to finish, including analysis, modeling, and documentation of client requirements.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and create project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with technical consultants to develop and implement CRM solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of CRM systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert for CRM solutions and provide guidance to project teams.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on CRM solutions.
