Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hotel Clerk at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Arrival and Departure Processing: Process group arrivals and departures, taking care to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests.
- Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan provided.
- Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
- Language: English.
