Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
