About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Generalist to join our team on a one-year temporary basis. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing department, under the guidance of our Marketing Director and Director of Sales.


Job Responsibilities
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our target audience and build brand awareness.
  • Coordinate Internal and External Communications: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Schedule Training and Online Events: Organize webinars, workshops, and other online events to educate customers and partners about our products and services.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events, such as product launches and trade shows.
  • Basic Website Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of our website content, including product descriptions and customer testimonials.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Marketing Coordination: Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Management: Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • CRM Experience (HubSpot): Familiarity with customer relationship management software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Graphic Design Experience (Adobe Creative Suite): Basic understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, we provide excellent health and dental benefits plan from Day 1.
