We are seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Analyst to join our team at Canadian Tire Corporation. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory into our Distribution Centres.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement inventory management strategies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory reports and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with the Category Management, Forecasting, and Promotions teams to ensure alignment and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and implement seasonal inventory and replenishment strategies to meet changing demand.
- Manage and maintain accurate Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery of inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in supply chain operations.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Math, Business, or Commerce.
- 2+ years of work experience in a related field, including analyst roles with data-driven, analytical, or process improvement experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with numbers and data-driven decision making.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
