Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role
The Replenishment Analyst position is a key part of our Supply Chain team, responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to our Distribution Centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain seasonal inventory and replenishment strategies
- Work with the Category Management team to introduce new products and maintain existing product assortments
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Math, Business, or Commerce
- 2+ years of work experience, including co-op or internship experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience in analyst roles, particularly in data-driven, analytical, or process improvement roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
