Holt Renfrew is seeking a skilled Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper allocation of merchandise across our stores and online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and auto-replenishment models to maximize sell-through across all channels.
  • Manage and execute consolidations and replenishment to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Build effective partnerships with internal and external partners to drive inventory actions and profit.
  • Analyze detailed performance data and provide recommendations to improve full-price sell-through and profit.
  • Share analytical information and commentary with buying, planning, and cross-functional inventory teams to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in a merchant, retail, or financial position.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
