About the Role


As a key member of our team at Publicis Health, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Insights Analyst to support the development and implementation of business insights strategies that drive growth and excellence in our region.


This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to define and align key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and risk management processes. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating business insights activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with client needs and internal guidelines.


The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering improvements to governance systems and processes, with excellent communication skills and experience with data platforms and reporting tools. You will also have proven ability in people and project management, as well as relevant technology expertise.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement KPIs, SLAs, and performance measures in collaboration with Pfizer and Publicis teams.
  • Risk assessment and ownership of the business insights and reporting function in the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams, ensuring accurate data collection and tracking.
  • Report and communicate compliance, governance, KPI, and SLA matters within agreed timeframes and formats.
  • Analyze data and metrics to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, identifying areas for improvement and developing remediation plans.
  • Manage conflicts or issues arising during delivery and work collaboratively to solve problems.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology or IT, with 3+ years in Microsoft PowerBI and Veeva Commercial Cloud suite projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of good governance practices, compliance, and regulatory adherence, including quality management systems and standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple data streams and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in healthcare operations, performance management, or a similar role, with a focus on risk management, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
