**Job Description**: As a Strategic Business Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to support category strategies and opportunities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop fact-based solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Support internal Sales/external client teams with fact-based insights to achieve overall goals/strategies and initiatives
  • Uncover insights and sales opportunities to accelerate growth Client/Retailer/Acosta overall growth
  • Communicate with confidence (oral & written) and adaptability at all levels (internal/external) to get clear and concise messaging across
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, customers, and others through the use of strong interpersonal skills
  • Utilize rigorous logic and methods to analyze and understand why problems occur
  • Support with shelf presentation, assortment decisions, and promotional planning/pricing analysis
  • Coordinate with respective areas to resolve issues and develop processes to accomplish shared goals
  • Effectively deal with change in a fast-paced demanding environment while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent – Business Diploma or Degree preferred and proven CPG related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certificate from a Business Analysis accreditation institution preferred, but not required
  • Experience in category management and proficiency using various POS, data tools to interpret large quantities of data for insights
  • High-level analytical capability
  • Assimilating and interpreting data from different data sources into clear-concise action-oriented recommendations
  • Strong proficiency in Nielsen Market Track, IRI, FCL, JDA (Blue Yonder), Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience at working independently and in a team environment
  • Commitment to solving problems with a positive attitude

**Salary**: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
