Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business, selling and setting up new accounts, and maintaining and growing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
  • Sell and set up new accounts
  • Train customers on the use and advantages of web-based shipping and technology
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships
  • Participate in training and development programs
Requirements
  • Bilingual - French and English
  • 3-5 years sales experience, logistics selling preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly
  • Multi-tasked and determined to be part of a winning team
  • Strategic relationship builder with focus on customer pipeline and key decision makers
