As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for prospecting and developing new business, developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity, selling and setting up new accounts, training customers on the use and advantages of our web-based shipping and technology, maintaining and growing customer relationships, and training and development.

We believe in supporting our Senior Inside Sales Representatives through best-in-class training and development. New hires can expect three weeks of training inside of their first 24 months, with the potential for additional. All trainings are led by our Executive Development Team, who themselves started in sales.

We recognize our talent often because we understand how important it is to acknowledge superior performance. Motivated, competitive individuals can expect to have their accomplishments recognized in front of their peers and in front of the entire organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bilingual - French and English
  • 3-5 years sales experience, logistics selling preferred
  • Minimal sales or similar experience preferred
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly
  • Multi Tasked
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • Strategic relationship builder with focus on customer pipeline and key decision makers

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary + Uncapped Commissions
  • Profit Sharing (the company historically matches 15% of what you make each year for retirement)
