We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recreational Programs Coordinator at the Georgian Bay Native Friendship Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recreational programs for youth and families in our community.
  • Collaborate with community partners to identify program needs and opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for program participants.
  • Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
  • Conduct outreach and promotion to increase program participation.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. recreation, education, social work).
  • Experience working with youth and families in a community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
