We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Coffee Marie Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Supervise Staff: Train and supervise our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key metrics, and develop and manage budgets to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.
Requirements:
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
