**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide front-line technical support to our corporate users, ensuring seamless access to our software packages and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Technical Support**: Provide internal technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and security, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • **System Administration**: Administer and manage our Google Workspace, MDM, and office network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • **Onboarding and Offboarding**: Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding tasks related to hardware and software, ensuring a smooth transition for new and existing employees.
  • **Procurement**: Manage the process of procuring hardware and software resources for new and existing employees, ensuring timely delivery and deployment.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: A degree or diploma in computer science or information technology.
  • **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, with prior experience in tech support, helpdesk support, or a similar role.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Linux, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Availability**: Required to be in the office for a minimum of 4 days/week, with occasional after-hours work to resolve urgent requests or perform network maintenance.
