About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at PartnerIT Corporation. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with computer networks, systems, and software.
  • Network Administration: Administer and maintain computer networks, including setting up equipment, performing backups, and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams, responding to their technical inquiries and resolving their technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and problems, including collecting and organizing data, and providing solutions to technical issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall technical support services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer networks, systems, and software. Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is a consulting firm setting.
