We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for various positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and post job opportunity advertisements
- Handle new-hire onboarding paperwork and orientations
- Manage various administrative duties
- Optimize digital recruiting resources and identify additional resources
- Conduct pre-screens and interviews
- Collect and sort candidates through various sources and platforms
- Formulate internal recommendations based on information gathered from department leaders
- Solid understanding of employment branding
- Interviewing experience is a must
- Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
- External communication experience required
- Adeptness in Onboarding
- New employee orientation experience highly desired
- Demonstrated knowledge of executive recruitment
- Practical knowledge of social media
- Strong knowledge of sourcing recruitment
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Salary range of $65,000 to $70,000
