Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Undergraduate Recruitment to join our team at Western University. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and academically strong undergraduate student body.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet university enrollment objectives
  • Lead and direct the work of others to achieve recruitment goals
  • Manage resources and ensure adherence to university policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve recruitment objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and marketing
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. education, marketing, communications)
  • 7 years of experience in undergraduate recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in meeting enrollment targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
