Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, tailored to your experience level and location in North Vancouver, BC. In addition to your annual income, you will also enjoy various benefits as part of our total rewards package.

Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Dental Assistant at Westview Orthodontics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a professional, efficient, and caring manner. This includes:

  • Providing all aspects of clinical patient care under the supervision of experienced doctors.
  • Sterilization procedures, setting up operatories, taking x-rays, photos, and intraoral scans.
  • Assisting in a wide range of patient care procedures, including direct bond bracket procedures, archwire and appliance adjustments, and Aligner appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience as a Certified Dental Assistant.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Keen attention-to-detail and time management abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and dental software systems.
