Our practice, Westview Orthodontics, has been providing exceptional Orthodontic Treatment on the North Shore for over 25 years. Our goals include fostering a strong patient-doctor relationship, promoting inclusivity, and supporting our team members.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing all aspects of clinical patient care in a professional, efficient, and caring manner.
  • Sterilization procedures, setting up the operatories, taking x-rays, photos, and intraoral scans.
  • Assisting with a wide range of patient care procedures under the supervision of our doctors.
  • Building positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure timely treatment outcomes.
  • Entering detailed chart/record notations in our practice management system.
  • Providing patient instruction and education.
  • Reporting to parents/guardians.

We're looking for a self-starter who is customer-service oriented, has a positive outlook, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, parents, doctors, and fellow team members.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • One+ years' experience as a Certified Dental Assistant.
  • Certification from the British Columbia College of OHO
