About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take your physiotherapy career to the next level. As a Clinical Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, as well as creating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of out-patient MSK injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
- Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources
- Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
- 1+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting; however, new graduates are also welcome to apply
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $121,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid wellness and vacation days, employee stock purchase plan, retail perks, education opportunities, refer-a-friend program, leadership development, and specialty services.
