We require a Head of Learning & Development with a strong business development focus to drive innovation and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in corporate learning strategies, business development, partnerships, and sales, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for expanding our footprint in the corporate L&D market, focusing on long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on best practices for designing and implementing effective L&D programs.
  • Leverage expertise in education technology to recommend and integrate our solutions for LMS needs, supporting clients in achieving their training goals.
Requirements:
  • A strategic mindset to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the corporate learning and development landscape.
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a deep understanding of corporate L&D programs, strategies, and technologies.
  • Prior experience working with corporate clients to design and implement L&D solutions at scale is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, HR professionals, and industry leaders.

The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is $160,000 - $210,000 CAD, depending on relevant knowledge, skills, education, training, and experience. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, employee wellbeing initiatives, social events, and a competitive compensation package.
