Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Clerk will provide administrative support to the team by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases, sorting, processing and verifying applications, receipts and other documents, sending and receiving messages, performing basic bookkeeping tasks, preparing and formatting page presentation, compiling data, statistics and other information, preparing invoices and bank deposits, providing general information to clients and the public, photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing and filing, performing data entry, providing customer service, labeling, filing and retrieving documents, and performing cashiering duties.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a call centre environment
- Permanent employment with 20 to 40 hours bi-weekly
- French as the primary language of work
