Job Title: Administrative Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at ST-ONGE FORD INC.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including receiving and forwarding telephone and electronic enquiries, working on reports from manual and electronic files, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and forward telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Send and receive messages, including emails and faxes, to ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits, to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide customer service to clients and stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit transactions, to ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
