Vital Safety Training Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Preparing minutes and reports
  • Providing administrative support to staff
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Performing data entry and bookkeeping tasks
  • Providing customer service

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
