Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Greekology. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, manage contracts, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and perform data entry.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, organized, time management, adaptability, and quick learner.
