Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sunrise Freight Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and equipped.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
