About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Canada Inc. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Inventory Management: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Chef Supervision and Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, manage kitchen operations, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager is preferred.
  • Skills and Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, time management, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires working 33-40 hours per week, with a fixed work term and English language proficiency.
