We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ADELE TAGIROVA NOTARY CORPORATION. As an Administrative Assistant - Real Estate, you will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our real estate team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Mail and Correspondence: Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain a calendar of upcoming events and deadlines.
  • File Management: Maintain a filing system, both physical and digital, and ensure that all documents are accurately labeled and stored.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and ensure that all team members are aware of and follow them.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of organization and productivity.
