About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at MJ.K. Construction Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating subcontractors, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing construction projects. They will be responsible for preparing and submitting budget estimates, hiring and supervising subcontractors, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including subcontractors and other project personnel.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and submit budget estimates, manage budgets, and control costs to ensure that projects are profitable.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, read blueprints and drawings, and develop risk management plans.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license and ability to work under pressure.
