Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily construction operations, including preparing and submitting project budget estimates and construction schedules.
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, safety, and environmental management.
  • Oversee data analysis and reporting, providing insights to inform project decisions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex project issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation tools.
