Job Title: Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of our Inside Sales Team and providing a high level of expertise in the sale of our services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the activities of the Inside Sales Team to ensure they meet or exceed sales call activity goals.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
- Communicate with and work with the Market Area Sales Manager to resolve escalated or unique customer issues.
- Forecasts and recruits qualified candidates for available and/or upgraded Inside Sales Team positions.
- Executes ongoing training and coaching sessions to Inside Sales Representatives.
Requirements:
- Two years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
