  • Assist customers in finding merchandise and making informed buying decisions, using your knowledge and expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including firearms, scopes, and related accessories, to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment, preferably in the outdoor industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's specific products and services an asset.
