Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Opportunity in the Maritimes

Talon Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Maritime provinces. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Maritime provinces
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including industry leaders and end users
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the firearms and operational equipment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
