Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Firearms Sales Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in finding the right firearms and accessories for their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest firearms and outdoor products, including knowledge of various makes and models, scopes, and related activities.
  • Promote Bass Pro Shops programs, including in-store surveys and in-store pick-up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking merchandise.
  • Respond to customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in other areas of the store as needed.

Requirements:

  • One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required.
  • Ability to evaluate customers' needs and make recommendations based on those needs.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to use good judgment and logic.
