Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a residential treatment setting.

Job Summary:

The LPN will provide medical care, recovery therapies, and everyday support to clients in our detox and addictions program. This includes administering medications, conducting clinical assessments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical nursing assessments and gather medical history
  • Administer medications and provide nursing care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide support and education to clients and their families
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license with the College of Nurses of British Columbia
  • Experience in trauma-informed care and addiction treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
