Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient service and food production.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Training: Train staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
