Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Boulangerie Première Moisson. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our bakery store.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including purchasing, inventory management, cashiering, and cost control.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service by staff, and provide guidance on customer service standards.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage purchasing and inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and ordered.
- Staff Management: Participate in personnel management, including hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of staff.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that staff comply with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards set by Boulangerie Première Moisson.
- Experience: General knowledge of retail food store or restaurant operations (minimum 2 years' experience in these fields an asset).
- Skills: Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
- Language: French spoken and written - Mandatory. Spoken English is an asset.
- Leadership: Organized, dynamic leader, focused on customer satisfaction, results, and teamwork.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Standards and Rules: Respect for standards and rules.
- Punctuality: Punctual and reliable.
