We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Boulangerie Première Moisson. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our bakery store, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Plan, direct, and control all store operations, including purchasing, inventory management, cashiering, and cost control.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision.
- Customer Service: Ensure that staff provide exceptional customer service, meeting the high standards of Boulangerie Première Moisson.
- Store Profitability: Optimize store profitability through effective management of sales, costs, and inventory.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards, and that staff comply with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail food industry.
- Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of retail food store operations, including sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
- Language: Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
