**Job Title:** High Level Executive Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Level Executive Leader to join our team at Employment and Social Development Canada.
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, as well as coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in database management, inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Experience in operations management, brand management, digital media, and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40.00 hourly based on your level of experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $83,200 per year. However, please note that this estimate may vary depending on individual circumstances.
