Overview

AE INDUSTRIES INC seeks an Executive Leader to spearhead organizational growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial controls, and coordinating regional work.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and professional development opportunities.

Job Description

The Executive Leader will be responsible for:

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs;
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions;
  • Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments;
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls; formulating and approving promotional campaigns; and approving overall human resources planning;
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs;
  • Representing the organization, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions;
