Job Description

As our Executive Estimator Leader, you will:



  • Lead a high-performing estimating team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement estimating strategies to ensure accurate budgets and estimates.
  • Mentor and train junior estimators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster strong relationships with sub-trades, contractors, and stakeholders to secure future opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Manage databases, including labor rates, material pricing, and project costs, to inform future estimating decisions.


Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as our Executive Estimator Leader, you will possess:



  • A degree or diploma in a construction-related field and 8-10 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and institutional construction estimating or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • An advanced understanding of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies, and construction contracts.
  • Extensive experience creating conceptual budgets and working effectively in time-sensitive situations.
  • Experience with estimating software (OST, costX) and eligibility for security clearance due to project requirements.
