Compensation Package

Job Description
As our Executive Estimator Leader, you will:
- Lead a high-performing estimating team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement estimating strategies to ensure accurate budgets and estimates.
- Mentor and train junior estimators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster strong relationships with sub-trades, contractors, and stakeholders to secure future opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions.
- Manage databases, including labor rates, material pricing, and project costs, to inform future estimating decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as our Executive Estimator Leader, you will possess:
- A degree or diploma in a construction-related field and 8-10 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and institutional construction estimating or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- An advanced understanding of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies, and construction contracts.
- Extensive experience creating conceptual budgets and working effectively in time-sensitive situations.
- Experience with estimating software (OST, costX) and eligibility for security clearance due to project requirements.
