Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor and wine store.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning duties and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, including wine, liquor, and other related items.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement price and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements and provide training to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Work Setting: Liquor and wine store, retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organized.
- Personal Suitability: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
