We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at MY ROTI PLACE SQUARE ONE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus for our restaurant, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, including South Indian cuisine, to meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and cook high-quality ethnic dishes.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
