Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at MY ROTI PLACE SQUARE ONE. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and prepare menus that showcase our restaurant's unique ethnic cuisine.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, including meats, vegetables, and grains.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served to our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
