Ruchi World Inc. is seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers. Your expertise in South Indian cuisine will be a valuable asset to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on ethnic cuisine. You will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and requisitioning supplies. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook ethnic dishes for customers
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Train staff in food preparation and cooking
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of ethnic cuisine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
