We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Epsilon Solutions LTD.

About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks. Your duties will include:

  • Giving access to computer networks
  • Reporting on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Responding to users experiencing difficulties with computers
  • Consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Providing advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participating in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Providing business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Setting up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with computer systems and networks
