Cordial Convenience is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our operations team.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to messages in a professional manner.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries from clients and stakeholders.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
  • Type and proofread correspondence and documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support our operations team.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word is essential.

Work Details:

  • This is a permanent position.
  • English is the primary working language.
  • The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week.
