Support Services Role at Cordial Convenience
Cordial Convenience is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our operations team.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to messages in a professional manner.
- Respond to electronic enquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Set up and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- Type and proofread correspondence and documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks to support our operations team.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word is essential.
Work Details:
- This is a permanent position.
- English is the primary working language.
- The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week.
