Role Overview


The Financial Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer Corporation's procurement and partner funding activities. This position is responsible for maintaining and managing updates to procurement and partner funding documentation library, responding to inquiries on policies, procedures, templates, and tools, and facilitating the contract execution process.


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintains and manages updates to procurement and partner funding documentation library.
  • Responds to inquiries on policies, procedures, templates, and tools.
  • Facilitates the contract execution process.
  • Coordinates Partnership teams to review upcoming expiry of contracts.
  • Ensures accurate and up-to-date information in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Maintains record of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
  • Assists with preparation of quarterly reporting of contracts.
  • Assists with development and documentation of procurements.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal teams and external parties involved in contracts.
  • Coordinates vendor information sessions and vendor debriefs.

Requirements



  • College Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Obtained or pursuing professional certification in Procurement.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Resource Planning System.
  • Bilingual in both English and French is an asset.
