MManagement Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team.

We are a dynamic and growing company that provides financial services to various clients. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Calculate and Record Assets: You will be responsible for calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage Financial Records: You will be in charge of keeping financial records, establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: You will prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including trial balances, financial statements, and tax returns.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, such as ACCPAC, QuickBooks, and Simply Accounting, is essential. Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, is also required.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
