Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Chair of Governors, reporting directly to them. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing administrative and organisational support for all Council of Management meetings and committee meetings.
  2. Working term-time plus 4 weeks in the holidays, with a flexible schedule that includes at least two evening meetings per term.
  3. Access to various training packages to support you in your role, including MS Office skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
